Join Rooted Society at House of Eights Dance Studio in Halifax for Records & Rosé, an intimate, women-only gathering filled with good music, movement, and a little something just for you.
Set to the sounds of DJ Ikeyah, enjoy professionally led, beginner-friendly sensual movement with Allie Conistis, choreographer and faculty member at House of Eights.
Sip Benjamin Bridge Nova Zero, our zero-proof rosé offering, and enjoy catered bites throughout the evening.
Whether you're coming with your girlfriends or making it a night for yourself, this is your space to unwind, move, mingle, and enjoy the moment.

Choreographer & Movement Instructor
Allie Conistis is a choreographer and faculty member at House of Eights Dance Studio. She'll be leading a beginner-friendly sensual movement experience focused on confidence, self-expression, and enjoying movement.
DJ | Music & Atmosphere
DJ Ikeyah brings the soundtrack to Records & Rosé, setting the tone with a live DJ set throughout the evening. From arrival to the final track, she'll be creating the atmosphere for an evening of movement, music, and a little me time.
Come dressed for a girls' night out, in something that makes you feel confident and comfortable enough to move. No dance experience is needed.
Please bring clean indoor shoes for the studio.
Photos and videos may be captured throughout the evening for Rooted Society's social media and promotional content.
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know when you arrive.

Growing up in Upper Hammonds Plains, community has always been part of my story.
I've always loved bringing people together, creating beautiful spaces, and paying attention to the little details that make an experience memorable.
Rooted Society is an extension of that love. A place for women to enjoy a little me time, experience something different, and connect along the way.
Every gathering is created with intention, and I'm excited to see what we continue to build together.
